Garrard County records are divided among the sheriff, the Circuit Court Clerk at the Justice Center in Lancaster, Kentucky State Police, the Kentucky Department of Corrections, and the Kentucky Sex Offender Registry. Why We Built This Site

Kentucky records do not sit in one public database. The Garrard County Sheriff holds its own incident and arrest material, while Garrard has no county jail and people may be booked at facilities in Lincoln or Boyle County. The Garrard Circuit Court Clerk keeps District and Circuit Court source files. Kentucky State Police maintains the centralized criminal-history repository and registry, and the Kentucky Department of Corrections publishes custody and supervision information through KOOL. This site brings the supported access steps and official contacts together without treating those different records as interchangeable.
